Your Deal Pass purchase is backed by a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. No questions asked.
What Is Covered
This guarantee applies to the one-time Deal Pass purchase. The 48-hour window begins at the time of purchase, based on the timestamp on your Stripe receipt.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Once issued, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to Request a Refund
Email us within 48 hours of your purchase and we will take care of it. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order.
